Norma Jean (Denczak) Baroni

Mom passed away peacefully early Saturday morning with her family by her side. Mom was born in Canton on March 21, 1931. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School. She was married to Les Baroni SR for over 50 years before his passing.

Mom worked at various restaurants in North Canton, notably The Inn B Tween. Mom enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, reading, bingo, and talking to friends. Mom loved everyone. She enjoyed many ocean trips and her favorite spot was Carlisle Inn in Sugarcreek.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband Les SR, parents Nick and Mary Denczak, and brother Ray Denczak SR.

She is survived by her daughter Lisa Vergis, loving son-in-law Tim Vergis. Tim, Mom loved you like a son. You deserve the medal. Granddaughter Robyn, Grandma love you so much. She now has the best seat watching your next chapters. Robyn's boyfriend Branden Parker, thank you for meeting Grandma. Granddog Joey, brother Robert (Aggie) Denczak, thank you for seeing Mom. You sure were such a good brother and sister-in-law. Sisters-in-law Donna Baroni and June Davis, cousin Marsha Thane, and numerous nieces and nephews, thank you for the Love.

The family wishes to thank wonderful, caring, loving doctors, nurses, and staff at Bethany, Crossroads Hospice, and the entire staff at Aultman General Surgery. Ohio Transformer and our friends at Stark Women's Center, thank you for the words of comfort.

A very special thank you to Mom's neighbors on Lynbrook and surrounding streets for all the Love. Dori, our nurse Betty, Sis I love you! Thank you! Shirley and Sandi, all the love thru the years.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday in the funeral home at 12 noon. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
