Juliana M. Schafer

Juliana was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church Canton (Christ the Servant Parish). She enjoyed going to garage sale and loved giving hugs if she liked you. Juliana loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Schafer; daughters, Rita Schafer and Nancy Leasure; grandson, Andrew Berg and two brothers and three sisters.

Juliana is survived by her children, Joseph (Jane) Schafer, Mark (Vicky) Schafer and Ann (Dan) Berg; 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren and sister, Pauline Foltz; son-in-law, Mike Leasure and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Heritage Villa and the staff from Harmony Hospice for all of the love and support given to Juliana and her family.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel, 705 Raff Rd. SW Canton, Ohio 44710 from 5pm to 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Christ the Servant Parish, 833 39th St. NW Canton, Ohio 44709 with Rev. Fr. Scott Kopp celebrant.
